If you are interested in the program you need to bring a blank CD. Last time I put the zip file for everyone to download but it does not work for everybody.
CW Trainer is a program that uses dos sound to play morse code for listeners. My lap top, Dell, plays sound like any other sound. Some PCs cannot use this unless one is willing to do a little modification to the sound amplification.
The top button is for characters random production. Users can choose for numbers, alphabets or combination of both. Below it is the taip teks ( type texts ) which user can use to type any text for the trainer to play. If one clicks the check box the sound will be played as one types. After completion one can click Go morse to listen to the sounds. Buka Fail means open file. Text files could be kept in either folder named buku or the program application path. One can put the file there outside this application or pasting text on the empty box which says Pse type your own text. What I usually do is I copy text from internet explorer and paste them here. To save it click Simpan Fail whicj means Save File..
If you open a file or paste the text as mentioned above the trainer can either play sound according to the passage sequentially or play it at random. To let it play at random one has to click Random Words button. Nada ( tone ) can be adjusted using Nada + or Nada -. Laju ( Speed ) can be adjusted using Laju + and Laju -. You can adjust the sliding bar for word spacing. The number 240777 and 238 as seen on the left gives me a speed of about 18 words per minutes.
Again I use a data base file to keep the speed so that I don't have to change everytime I start the program. I need the older VB4 database system runtime to keep the file.
